How do I change my password?

On the Peoplecare mobile app:

1. Open the Peoplecare mobile app
2. Click ‘Settings’ on the main menu
3. Choose ‘Change password’ and follow the prompts.

In Online Member Services:

1. Log in to Online Member Services
2. From the side menu, click 'Change password'
3. Follow the prompts to change your password
