How do I make a payment or pay in advance?
Direct debit is our default payment method, so most members will have their payments come out of their account automatically.
If you’d rather make a one-off credit card payment or pay in advance by card, you can do this on the Peoplecare mobile app, or in Online Member Services.
- Open the app or Online Member Services
- Choose ‘Make a Payment’ from the main menu
