How do I reset my password?

On the Peoplecare mobile app:

  1. Open the Peoplecare mobile app
  2. Click ‘Settings’ on the main menu
  3. Choose ‘Forgot password’. This will send you an SMS to your mobile phone to reset your password.

If you have forgotten your password you can open the Peoplecare mobile app and click 'Forgotten password' on the log in screen, then follow the prompts to reset it.

In Online Member Services:

  1. Go to the log in screen
  2. Click 'Forgotten password?'
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your password
