Your continued use of our Website and Online Services means that you accept those changes and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in place at the time you access our Website or Online Services.
These Terms are subject to the rules contained in the Peoplecare Fund Rules as they apply to any Online Services and are in addition to any terms:

We reserve the right and at our sole discretion to deny access to our Website or Online Services without notice if you attempt or engage in any conduct we believe:

To access your membership account you will need your login details together with a security code that will be sent to the mobile number on your membership. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your member login details. You must keep your member login details secure by not sharing it with any other person. If someone has been removed from your membership, you are responsible for changing your password to protect your privacy and the security of your data.
We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our Website and Online Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, electronic services are subject to interruption or breakdown and as such we do not warrant the availability of our Website and Online Services.
Accuracy of our Website and Online Services
We strive to ensure that the content on our Website and Online Services is correct and current however some content may include errors or events may occur which would cause the content to be inaccurate or out of date.

By using Peoplecare’s Website, App, and Online Services, and clicking or tapping on these links, some of your personal details which could identify you such as name, date of birth and membership number will be securely transmitted to our partner to facilitate your engagement in their program or services.
Peoplecare will encrypt any such personal information before it is sent and ensure that our partners encrypt and securely store this information on their hosting framework located in Australia. A variety of security technologies and procedures will be used to protect this information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
