I have been a proud member of Peoplecare for 11 years and am excited to be considered for service on our Board.

For 20 years I’ve worked to improve healthcare available to Australians by safely using data to connect and govern the health system.

I have been a member of LHF/Peoplecare since 1997 and have always found the organisation to be extremely transparent, communicative, and fair in supporting, initially, my personal health needs and in recent years, that of my whole family.

As a member, I have experienced Peoplecare as an organisation that has always cared for and had my families interests at heart. Through my role as an Associate Non-Executive Director of Peoplecare (over the past 12 months), I have seen this care in action, gaining a deep understanding of the strong culture and member first approach that drives the organisation from the board down.

The Health Insurance Industry is a challenging environment with increasing regulation requirements, ever increasing external threats like cyber security, and a hospital system in need of reform. In balance to the challenges, are equally the opportunities to drive significant member value including the increasing role that digital technologies can play to deliver exceptional member experiences and services. To ensure that we are keeping pace, Peoplecare needs a board with the right skills in support of both the current and emerging business environment - the right mix of deep digital technology strategy and execution, cyber security expertise, commercial acumen, and executive management experience. These are the skills I bring to the board of Peoplecare.

I am passionate about driving business outcomes through emerging and digital technology. Throughout my career, I have worked across numerous industries for many Australian and Global organisations as a consulting partner, an executive technology leader, and a digital business builder. As a leader, I am known for my clear strategic leadership, focus on continuous development, and drive for execution in the service of customers/members.
