How can I check my blood pressure?
If you do have high blood pressure or simply want to check your blood pressure, it is important you buy an approved blood pressure device.
Checking your blood pressure from home is easy enough to do with a blood pressure monitor. The most common monitors have an inflatable pressure cuff that wraps around your upper arm which is the best way to get an accurate reading.
Most people show no symptoms so if you suspect your blood pressure is high, it is best to visit and talk to your doctor. Source: Health Direct
