Peoplecare Optical and Dental, Wollongong CBD’s one-stop dental and optical store, is a provider for the clear orthodontic aligner – Invisalign.
Why is Invisalign® popular?
Have you always wanted the braces result but don’t want to look like a teenager? That’s the key reason many adults and teenagers use Invisalign.
Invisalign uses a series of clear removable aligners to progressively straighten your teeth. The aligners can be removed for up to two hours a day – giving you more freedom and flexibility, as well as ease of tooth and aligner cleaning.
Unlike getting braces through an orthodontist, you don’t need an appointment every month. With Invisalign, you only need to come in to see one of our friendly dentists every 2 months.
For a limited time, enjoy a complimentary Invisalign Professional Whitening System with eligible Invisalign treatments*. Terms & Conditions apply.
The Invisalign system is a virtually invisible and hygienic orthodontic treatment that uses an innovative approach to effectively straighten teeth.
The Invisalign system uses a series of custom-made removable aligners created for you and only you.
Invisalign straightens teeth affected by crowding, spacing, overbite, underbite and deep bite.
Peoplecare Optical and Dental offer three tiers of Invisalign Treatment; Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive. The recommendation of each level will be based upon the complexity of your individual case, the number of aligners required and your desired outcome.
Your tier of Invisalign treatment and resulting treatment plan is made in consultation with your dentist at your appointment; where cutting-edge computer simulation technology is utilised to demonstrate the progress of your Invisalign treatment and the expected result at its completion.

Regular braces are made of metal that is attached to your teeth. Incrementally increasing the tension of the wire that threads through the metal piece on each tooth.
